"Very nicely written. Some good observations to something I experienced but couldn't quite pin down. I often felt very uncomfortable with the Osoto Gari and wondered why. I worked out with German Judokas and they was very effictive with this throw. The only way they made it work was by 'pulling the opponent and slamming' the chest together. This was very painful at times I learned to stay at arms length with some of them, opting for Ippon Seonage. Again, wonderful article."
