He is a resident in the United Kingdom, a lawyer, has been training in the martial arts for 10 years and holds Dan grades in Yoseikan Karate (founded by Minuro Mochizuki) under Mark Bishop Sensei (5th Dan) and Kempo Jujitsu. Other martial arts experience includes Western Boxing, Kick Boxing, Jeet Kune Do, Judo and Aikido. He has also taught and co-instructed on courses and classes covering self defense, self-defense -- specificaly for women, defense against edged / improvised weapons and conflict resolution.
