This feature used to work but no longer does. I believe it has been disabled. I had one up running for a short while but when I tried to put it back on it didn't. Trust me, it has nothing to do with you having a Mac, I also do.

I always teach my students if you can't kick to the head, bring the head to your leg. If you "use" the kata the way it was intended, you'll find kicks to waist height are actually kicks to a lowered head. From this thread can we extend it
