what is it you seek? repetition is the key here . meditation is not "attaining" it is stripping away all of our mind mess matters. find a well lit comfortable place . place your cushin to a BLANK wall (nothing for the mind to play with) take your seat settle your mind. remember it is not about how long you sit. its abaout the quality of the time. sit in this momment only. there are an infinite number of moments in any time period you choose....five minutes or one hour can both be split into a million momments. pick a certain time every day that you will not be interupted and stick with it at least once a day. i find that first thing in the morning and just before sleep at night works well for me.
