I am 6ft.,3in. and 171lbs.
My diet is 1800 calories with less than 60g's of carbs and at least 120g's of protien. I run 8 miles in 62min 3 times a week. I lift 3 times a week.
Hears my problem, I am not lean. There is still fat around my lower ab section. I cant for the life of me figure out how to get rid of it. I dont want to go any lower than 171lbs., because I dont think its healthy. Is there anything I should change to get better results.
