I am 5'8, 15 years old, and 165 pounds. I am in need of a diet and workout to lose fat and gain muscle for football. I play running back and reciever. After our schools trainer figured out my percent body fat he plugged it into a formula and the healthiest weight for me too be at would be 7% body fat at 142.3 pounds. Any ideas on getting there would be great help.
