So far I've been quite successful eating a diet fairly high in protein, with moderate carbohydrates, and low fat. My body fat index has dropped (due to overall calorie restrictions), and I have bulked up at the same time.
I prefer meats like Tuna and Chicken or even Kangaroo, as they're fairly lean. Tuna contains Omega 3, which is one of the good fats to eat. Also egg whites do not contain the fat and cholesterol found in the yoke.
