Im 16 and have a very fast metabolism and and do Jeet Kune Do. Im interested in becoming as strong as possible with as little bulk as possible. My problem is that evenb though i dont do weights i seem to be bulking up in terms of muscle. Does anybody have any advice on the best kind of diet and food for best energy without gaining mass.

Even if you know about more radical diets plz let me know
