After a long hard work out I found this drink to be very beneficial.You have probably noticed that after a long workout your hands may be trembling a little or alot.This is because your nervous system has be taxed by the long haul.A potassium coctail is what you need.It's very easy to make,all you have to do is mix orange juice,bananas in a blender and drink it.Some people like to add milk to this drink but I don't like the cotton mouth effect as I stated in another post.
