SYSTEMA TRAINING IN MOSCOW WITH MIKHAIL STEPYREV

The Systema School Berne/Zurich/Basle,
operated by instructors Reto Albertini and Priska Pfetzer,
is pleased to announce the first weeklong seminar with
Mikhail Stepyrev in Moscow.

Both Reto and Priska have attended many seminars
in Moscow, so each seminar participant will benefit
from their combined experience.

Mikhail Stepyrev
Mikhail, a survival training and close quarters combat instructor, graduated from the Ryazan Airborne School followed by service in the anti-terror unit. Mikhail has trained in a variety of martial arts for over 20 years. Since 1991 he has been involved in the training and further education of instructors who teach the Russian martial art Systema. www.rbs-nevod.ru

Training programme
• Defence against armed and unarmed attacks
• Survival tactics in stress situations
• Professional use and application of a weapon in critical situations
• Use of space when under attack
• Developing awareness and perception of space
• Ground work: maintaining control of opponent
• Physiological and psychological principles
• Ideas and tips and a programme for training when at home

Training
Generally, classes will be held at an indoor sports facility. Some sessions may take place outside, or on challenging terrain, (e.g., stairs, steps, uneven ground) if weather permits. The seminar comprises 25 practical training hours with Mikhail Stepyrev.

Arrival and start of training
Arrive: Sunday, 23 September 2012. Training begins following the evening meal.
Depart: Saturday, 29 September 2012

Hotel
Full board, i.e., room plus all meals. Usually, there will be 2 participants to a room. (A single room arrangement is possible at extra cost)

Airport transfers
You’ll be picked up from your arrival airport and driven to the hotel. You’ll also be taken to your departure airport for your return flight.

Please advise us of your flight arrival and departure times so we can plan your transportation.

Entry visa for Moscow
Assistance with the visa application is available. An invitation can be sent to you. A visa service is available in Switzerland. Please ask us for the contact information. Each participant is responsible for his/her visa processing.

Flights
You are responsible for the booking and payment of your inbound and outbound flights.

Leisure
An extensive Moscow city sightseeing programme is available.

The hotel has a swimming pool and a wide range of wellness services (massage, body treatments, sauna). Under the motto, “Russian hospitality”, we’ll celebrate our last evening in Moscow with our Russian friends.

Cost of seminar
EUR 1,250 if booked before 30 June 2012.
EUR 1,500 if booked after 30 June. Payment must be made by midnight, 31 July 2012.

Participants’ insurance
You are responsible for your insurance coverage, e.g., health, accident, theft, luggage, cancellation. The Systema School Berne/Zurich/Basle accepts no liability. You train at your own risk.
