I tried out various forms of martial arts over the years but never really got anywhere. The ones I like the most was Ninjutsu, Aikido, Taekwondo (WTF, not ITF) Kung Fu (Choy Lay Fut) and the most recent Russian Systema. Probably like most people here, I grew up with martial arts films, back in the days when you still could find ninja movies in the video shop. My favourite part was when they showed how people trained or prepared for the next big fight against the town bully or whatever. They trained all their bodyparts and did the most amazing exercises. In the spirit of training, I thought it would be fun to make fun of something we all want, namely a good set of abs.
