I can't believe I'm 40 in March 2011. Where has my life gone?

All I can say is that I wish I'd started my Martial Arts Journey 10 years before I did.

I think you know when you're getting old when the Police officers look like they've just left school and the Doctor looks like he should still be in College.

I think aswell (for UK residents), you know when you're getting old when Radio 2 starts to be something you prefer to listen to than Radio 1 or Galaxy etc
