'Grazing' has a mixed success rate, and some metabolisms simply do not adjust to it, not to mention that many job and life patterns do not allow people to practice it consistently.

Excess fluid intake can be very harmfull. Excess fluid will make you flush essential vitamins and minerals out of your system. The idea of 'water water water' is rapidly becoming an outmoded anathema. Just as with every other ingested property, overdoing is far inferior to appropriate amounts.
