Hi, everyone. I'm new to the forum and I'm glad that this resource is available.
I have a "problem" with excessive yawning during my workouts. I study choy lay fut kung fu and the workouts are fairly aerobic. A lot of the time I get into a good sweat and then I start to yawn. I have heard that yawning is a way to get more oxygen to the bloodstream. Am I just not breathing properly? Does anyone else experience this issue? I don't notice anyone else in my classes yawning. I'm pretty sure that my instructors know that I'm not bored. My main concern is that if I am indeed not breathing properly, that is something that needs to be corrected so I can increase my stamina...and not yawn during a forms competition!!
