Well I met with my sponsor the other day and was given a chunk wad of supplements (creatine, greens, protein, multivitamin, fatburners - the last two are pill form) so I tried them for a day, and to my shock, I am now suddenly 1.5 lbs heavier. I also noticed I was intaking about twice as much water during the day (since I have to chug about 500ml of water for each of creatine and greens and protein) so I'm wondering:
Is this stuff somehow going to make me retain water (oh my I hope that extra weight is water) that will shed off when I limit myself before the weigh-in or am I taking these in exchange for having to cut more weight?
