Dereck is right, in this case your first port of call must be your GP.
The second thing I must say is the hardest thing for any kind of athlete to hear - GET SOME REST!! The continuous training is not allowing your body the resources it needs to heal itself.
A few years back I broke my foot - the ligament tore away from a metatarsal bone taking a chip of bone with it. Gradually the bone chip was absorbed by some kind of specialist bloodcells (don't ask me for the biochemistry of it all) and it hasn't troubled me since.
May I humbly suggest no more training until you have this sorted out as you wouldn't want the injury to become permanent would you?
