Workout A
Dynamic stretches warmup
Overhead Squat 4x5, 95lbs
Deadlift 4x5, 125lbs
Overhead Press 4x5, 75lbs
4 minutes med-pace jumprope cooldown
34 minutes total

Nothing special or different on this one. Went through fine, I just need to keep an eye on my form, got a little wobbly on a few reps. Lack of concentration or trying to go too quickly.
