Workout A
Dynamic stretches warmup
Overhead Squat 4x5, 95lbs
Deadlift 4x5, 125lbs
26:30 minutes total

Skipped out on the Overhead press, had a lot on my mind and a lot to do. A little upset that I didn't finish, but I wasn't feeling it very well. Next time...

Friday, August 11

Workout B today

150 skips on the jump rope as fast as possible
10 pushups on medicine ball
10 trunk rotations with medicine ball at waist level-
10 lunges each leg- medicine ball held above head
10 V-ups with medicine ball held above head
10 Groiners/Mountain Climbers(2 each side=1)

4 sets thanks to Kazama's "Breaking Barriers Day"

4:57---15:10 total time on par with previous attempts at 3 sets

Actually felt a little lightheaded afterwards for about 10-15 minutes. Somewhat nauseous as well. Could have been the proximity to my meal or not hydrating properly beforehand, I'm not sure. I think that next time I shall go ahead with the 4 sets, but just be careful.
But it was an obstacle that I overcame and am very proud of that.
Later that day I moved 1200+ lbs of 30 and 35lb dog food bags from a pallet to shelving by myself. Little bit of squats, trunk rotations, and presses involved. Messed up once to had to move some of them more than once. Took about 20-30 minutes.
Saturday, August 2
Out of the house for most of the day, but did a 20 minute yoga video for cool down at night. It's called PM Yoga and I've actually fallen asleep doing this before.

Nice and relaxing, except for all of those stretches.
We should all take ourselves seriously...and then crumple that image up and toss it out the window.
