Workout B today

150 skips on the jump rope as fast as possible
10 pushups on medicine ball
10 trunk rotations with medicine ball at waist level-
10 lunges each leg- medicine ball held above head
10 V-ups with medicine ball held above head
10 Groiners/Mountain Climbers(2 each side=1)

3 sets
First time I've done this in 2 weeks, took a little longer than last time between breaks, but I'm ok with that. Maybe if I do this on one of my days off I'll be able to add the fourth set it. I know it'll take longer than the other sets, but I kind of just want to see how it goes. Just have to wait and see...
We should all take ourselves seriously...and then crumple that image up and toss it out the window.
