started using a 40 pound bag at the gym I go to. It flies around like a speed bag, almost. the last time I used a 40 pound bag was maybe 20 years ago, and I guess I was a lot less strong then, because I don't remember it being so wild.

is there a system for the 40 pound bag? are you supposed to use it like a slow speed bag and hit it on the beats? anybody have advice?
