when you can't run outside? I'm not the healthiest eater, but being 17, and running a few times a week in the summer, I managed to easily keep the fat off. However, I noticed I'm started to get a gut now.
I haven't been running, mostly because I live on the coast in the north east, and well, it's about 20 degrees, and it feels a lot colder with a sea breeze.
I have limited space inside. Does anyone have any ideas for a good cardio inside? Should I just stick with heavy bag training, maybe some jogging in place, jumping jacks, that kind of stuff?
Or would it be best just to brave out the cold? I just don't want to run the risk of getting sick. Guess it's not too big of a deal, I don't really take my shirt off in the winter, and I still manage to fit into 28 inch waist jeans, but still, what is the best indoor limited space cardio?
