Does anyone have any breathing techniques that I could use through my mouth more than my nose? When I was younger I got into a fight and ended up having my nose flattened against my face. Broke it pretty much to mush and when it healed I have much, much, much less airpassage through my nostrils than I did before.
I've learned a few techniques such as dual breathing through mouth and nose at the same time. But, I still find myself with my mouth much to agap near the end of Kata... I would like to find a way to either control the breath more internally, or if anyone has any techniques for preperation meditations/breathing to conserve oxygen I'd be much obliged.
While everything changes, nothing is truly lost.
