some examples of good karate -

physical,

dojo training (to learn), conditioning, good diet, good sleep paterns, good presentation and clenleness

mental

meditation (for mushin), research/history, keeping level headed during training re kumite/partner work, gradings

spiritual

keeping in good spirit, keeping right sized, paying respects to students, instructors and the dojo/art


Its all karate and as always a balance of these things is good for long term development/improvement and to be able to sustain a healthy interest.
