a ok mm my trainer and others put on both handwraps and gloves :S he told me to get handwraps to use with gloves cause im starting to hit hard ( in like 2 months) :S.

there trainging on mits leather ones they hurt with just gloves on me thinks if i hit it hard

should they be wearing both or just one
