Um lol no that's I'll stick with the punching/sand bag.

How do you break 4 inches of brick with you head after just getting the technique down?

Well, I did not list a time frame. ALthough, I do know of some martial artists who can break layers of boards and cinder blocks on fire with their headbutts!! And, they got that goo dby getting the technique down and focusing.

it's important when headbutting to jerk the head up at the last second. this prevents some of the compression on the spinal column. Not to mention it makes it hurt a little more

You must contition the forehead by striking a brick wall 500 times a day. Plus, remember, if you break the bone, it grows back stronger.

To reply to the person that posted about breaking with the headbutt...

hehehehe...I said "butt"

Errr..I meant..

I've seen people break wood with head. Including myself...not that I have a great memory of doing it.

For bricks...I have seen people break bricks with the head too...and I have seen people bleed from the ears after trying it.

It was the same person that broke bricks successfully before with his head.

Long story short (too late)...dude..are you stoned? You want to break ANYTHING with your noodle?

How to train a Head Butt? Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Well, if you want to train a head butt, take a baseball batt, I suggest metal so you don't damage the wood and just hit the top of your forehead with it until you can't remember who you are or where you are, this way you'll know the headbutt technique is effective.

Well, good luck with your training. I hope you don't end up in a hospital.
