If you launch a strike to an attacker's midsection, there's a chance of breaking their zyphoid process, which is often deadly.
If forced into a fight, we have to remember to respond with the appropriate level of force, and that body shots can be just as dangerous as head strikes.

Anyways, to the question, love body shots. Its the kinda punch that allows you to really let go and put everything into it. Very effective and Satisfying.

I've been around. LEt my new job get me lazy, so I've started training again, and naturally decided to check out FA. Regardless, I thought I'd share a real life encounter to illustrate a point. Bodyshots can be very effective. Admittedly, the guy who threw these looked like he'd been bred in a lab to throw massive body-blows.
