Have you ever allowed yourself to fall asleep while practising sitting or standing?

I've found it to be a good test for postural alignment, because if you're out of alignment, the relaxation in the moment you "cross the line" will force some part of your body to make a sudden postural correction.

If, on the other hand your postural alignment is good and you're relaxed, you'll be able to drift in and out of sleep without any sudden movement.

comments are welcome and appreciated!

Edited for spelling (I really need to go and test my horizontal alignment )
