I need some help. All I know is this radki stuff. So, I need to know what just plain ki is. Did I make the mistake of naming elements? Oh, and laf, just as a clear up, I'm trying to learn about whatever "normal ki" is not"radki"(I still don't know the difference)!

There's a search function on this forum, I'd suggest you use it and read some of the posts on ki.

Normal Qi is just.....Qi.

Qi is internal energy in human beings, simple as. Ok?

Ok dude I dont do an IMA or anything but I've been studying that kind of stuff for a while and doing my own research.

From what I gather chi is not any mystical force or anything. I understand that chi means "air" or "breath". Imho the use of chi is to adjust the body's breathing to maximise concentration and the speed, power and accuracy of strikes.

You try to gather your breath into your gut before you strike and exhale when the impact strikes thus contracting your gut and diaphragm, assisting the alignment of your body's transfer of weight into your target.

Chi seems to have another meaning relating to how well a person is breathing and therefore how healthy they are.
