I am writing this in all seriousness. Does anyone know of the effects of Marijuana on chi in the body? I ask because for a short while I did in fact experiment with it a while ago and I noticed a weakening in my personal chi. Is there any opinion out there? Is it any drug use? Alcohol doesn’t have the same effect.

I sometimes like to smoke marijuana and when i do i usually end up training as i find it helps me to empty my mind. As for drinking, i gave that up as it feels like poison to my body.

Marijuana opens your mind and relaxes the muscles and nerves. It also enhances the senses and improves mental focus. Please take note that i've only listed the positive side effects that happen to me. There are quite a few negative side effects from smoking it too but for me personally i find in small doses on its own (ie no tobacco) it can kickstart an excellent training session.

Many years ago i was a heavy user of the stuff and it had a very negative effect on my body and terrifying effect on my mind and emotions.

My opinion of marijuana is that it's a medicine and can be used but shouldn't be abused.

I smoke Ganja regularily, I have found that meditating before getting stoned increases my chi dramaticaly but if done in reverse i helps but only a little. Im new here - I like the what does chi feel like thread. I'll have some to add soon.

I smoke alot of cannabis. I am what people might call a rude boy. I listen to music with heavy baselines (UK garage/grime). So you know a little about me now.

I find that meditating focusing on energy entering the tan tien by route of the nose - and cleansing by exhaling through the mouth until you feel in the next state of meditation ( i dont know what the technical name for it is ) and then smoking cannabis greatly increases my chi. but if i meditate after im usually too stoned.

Dunno if this helps m8 - but I tried

Happy Smoking (although cannabis can cause lazyness to carry on your chi interest so dont let it become routine like it is for me ok... promise? lol :P
