Quite abit of info on it though.[/QUOTE] Erle is a good guy but this is not true 'internal' fa jin. It is however a very good method for generating power. Sadly though it is still external. Scott

how should it have been done to be more internal, i thought that these movements just had a balance of external and internal and that we called them internal because thats what they predominantly are.
