I am sort of new at this stuff. I practice ki and have not gotten to far in the past few weeks. I can however make a Ki ball.
Anyway not the point. I am looking for a way to speed up the process but still get the full experience. I can meditate well, ki breath well, ground, and make a ki ball. What is next?

Also what is Ma? I am not familiar with a lot of terms.

Ma is probably an acronym for martial arts.

You practice ki? Who is your instructor? I've never heard of an art called "ki". How long have you been training, how do you "ki breath" and what form of meditation are you using? Just curious.

If someone posts here and claims that they can make 'ki balls', then make a video or something of it so you can prove that you aren't full of.....

You can develop psychosis, suffer from psychotic episodes, study psychology.

You cannot develop psychokinesis or any of the kinesis' out there-whether you are "special" or not. It does not exist.

The only thing you can move with your mind is your ass.

I for one am very open minded, been around the world 3 times and have seen a lot that i never thought possible. I've never seen anyone that can move things with there mind. Just a lot of claims from people with an over active imagination.
