Hello there, I am Toki no Douka or the Time Taoist in a more english translation. This is my first post on the board... if you wanted to know... I have taken Taijiquan for a period of time while I still lived in the United States and found that it was a waste of time. I then came into the realm of radical ki manipulation and I couldnt do anything with that. My goal is to be capable of experiencing the feeling of my qi, which I am sure is the same as most of you out there. I have read up on Baguazhang and xingyi and I am having quite a problem with finding someone here in Zambia. Hah. I was just wondering if there was a way that someone could assist in pointing me in the right direction as to what to do.
Oh by the way, I have tried the method of NEW or New Energy Ways, and it helped me to learn how to temporarily control secondary chakras, Im still working on controling my Tan Tien, but I am sure it takes a lot more Yi.

As long as you attempt to "force" feeling your ki, you will be unsuccessful. Instead, you might want to consider mastering yourself mentally and physically first. It is usually only when we truly relax do we begin to be ready to experience that which has eluded us.
