kumoswordsman Newbie Registered: 04/12/04 Posts: 16 Loc: colyton,sydney,Australia	Hi everyone,this is my first post on my site and i know it may sound stupid but somebody told me that if you raise your hands to the sky and visualize that ki is entering your hands and traveling your stomach you will receive a certain amount of ki,is this possible?And also could you also please tell me what is the point of building ki(for martial art purposes)?

Jib Member Registered: 04/12/04 Posts: 70	I've heard of an exercise like that but I don't practice it. Building Ki for martial arts is a way of conditioning your mind so you can think more clearly in a fight, have more powerful attacks when you use the Ki you have built up in your spare time, and can give you more control over your body for better motor skills during the adrenaline rush you'll have while fighting.
