The rest of the exersizes are very similar to the first.
Lying on your back using your shoulder blades to 'walk'.
Jackknifing along the floor.
Many animal walks (duck, crab, frog hopping, etc.)
and on and on until you puke

I have seen the Tien Gunn but have not practiced the set.
I think that there are many ways to get there, but the goal is strong/flexible connective tissue (tendons, ligaments, fascia). This allows the connective tissue to utilize the strength of the muscle much more efficiently.
