Hi folks
I'm new to this forum, but I've spent some time reading the posts here and find some of the discussions (not to mention some of the members ) interesting.
Don't mean in a bad way, just interesting..
Quite alot of the discussions are dealing with qi, wether it's real or not etc; this (among other things) is what I find interesting, being a "qigonger" myself.
For my own part I can come up with (to me) reasonable "western-style" ) explanations for all experiences I've had so far with qigong, but when I practise I believe in qi so wholeheartedly I'd no doubt earn a membership in JohnL's club (sorry, I forgot the name) on the spot!

Hey Nenippal. I have a question. DO you know any ki techniques? And if so what are they? Do they have a 2 feet range?
Just curious.

hi EM,
I'm afraid I don't practise any internal MA (exept taiji, but I only do that as health-exercise, having said that I must confess that taiji helps my MA, not in application, but in tearms of breathing, coordination, mental focus and so on)!
My qigong training is all "medical" and has great benefits that aren't dependant on TCM to "work" (I can elaborate on request, don't want to bore anyone into stupor!)
In medical qigong there's also treating-techniques, that I suppose might be related to what you asked about, but I haven't tried that, perhaps one day I will...
Sorry I wasn't able to help you none!
