Herbert benson, The Relaxation Response. 2. John Kabot-Zinn PHD Md 3. Richard Carlsen 4. Andrew Weil a Havard Md 5. Dean Ornish a Holistic approach to treating heart and blood pressure. There are others but that ought to give you a start. oldman

kenposan Enthusiast Registered: 08/23/01 Posts: 633 Loc: Columbus, Ohio	oldman nailed it. John Kabot-Zinn is excellent to read. He has used meditation to help ease anxiety, stress, and pain in cancer patients. I cited his work for a stress management paper I wrote a couple quarters ago.
