I am kinda confused about all this meditation, ki/chi thing. Like what is it. Howw do you use ki/chi, and how to meditate good. i meditate for about 5 min every day. but dont know if i am doing it right, plz help <plz excuse spelling =)>

Here are a few suggestions.
1 Tell us exactly how you meditate to give us some insight.
2 Try searching on google, just type in MEDITATION. They have some really great sites for beginners on exactly what their view on meditation is, what they think it means, and how to do it.

Im not sure meditating for 5 minuts really counts... I meditate for about 30-40 at a time, most say you should at least an hour.
