According to the founder of Aikido manifestation of energy must always be accompanied by a physical action. Meaning you cant move anything without touching it.

It can't be called Psychokinesis but you can move things with physically touching it. Martin Luther King, had a dream that moved my ass.

Ok this is it in a nutshell. There are all forms of energy not just CHI! Different religions, cultures and beliefs bring forth many various kinds of energy. Some are postive and some are negative. We could use martial arts terms through out this like Yin and Yang but more to the point. A lot of this is innate(within) us. Predetermined and inherited. Not to say that one can not reach a certain plateau where an energy level can be reached. But keep in mind there is a fine line...............
