Hey could you help me I mean because I have this problem in my left arm. It clicks and feels like its coming out but it doesnt hurt or nothing. Can you help me on this one? It only does this when im doing push ups. Is there some kind of trick to fix this or what not?

zzz man that sound pretty serious , I think you should see a doctor, or get an X-ray to make you did not dislocated anythings.

If you're talking about your shoulder, then it could very well be dislocated. If it doesn't hurt, though, then it may be just some bumps in the cartilage rubbing together. If you're not talking about your shoulder, then it's probably okay because dislocated elbows and wrists will definitely hurt. Shoulders are probably the easiest joint in your arm to dislocate, so if you're worried this might be it, I would check out it with a doctor like taichi suggested.

Ever broken a joint or seriously broke a limb? I broke my left shoulder twice now, and when I do push-ups my right shoulder sometimes makes a little click when I dont compensate. The problem is my entire alignment is off slightly on the left, so everythings outta whack. Just an idea.
