I was just reading through a post and noticed someone mention that they can punch at 91 mph. Is this even possible? I'm not trying to discredit anybody, I just had no idea that it was humanly possible to punch that fast.

I would say it is possible to punch that fast, how this individual arrived at this number I don't know. But possible.

What if you punched in front of one of those baseball pitching meters?
