Cook Pasta and leave to go cold. Chop some onion, pepper and sundried tomatoes. Add to cold pasta.
To this basic mixture you can add any of all of the following: feta cheese, meat or fish/crustaceans.
Toss the whole lot in olive oil, the oil from the tomatoes if they came in oil or pesto.
Serve with a green salad. Delicious, low in fat and cheap.
