I heard of it, starving yourself through the day. Not a good idea in my opinion.

Well the idea is actually to eat small amounts of raw fruits and vegetables during the day and LOTS of water and fresh juices then compensate by eating alot in the evening.

That won't make a warrior out of anyone.

You should, in fact, eat inversely to that type of diet. Eat the most at breakfast, less at lunch, and less still at dinner. Or, so they say.

Better yet, eat multiple (think 6) nutrient meals throughout the day.

Eating the most later in the day/evening will only cause your body to store excess calories as fat, as your metabolic rate is lower at night.

Sidenote: There's no special "trick" diet, or fad diet that'll work. Diet is all about knowledge. And common sense.

That should read: "nutrient-dense meals".

Well, the reason for not eating much during the day is so that your body takes it's energy directly from bodyfat, and this energy is used to remove wastes and detoxify the body. I know the logic behind multiple small meals throughout the day and it makes sense but I figure it cant hurt to give this diet a try (And I do realize it's a fad diet).
