im 14 years old.5'6 .Febuary 4 ,2005 i weighted 202.5 .Now apriL 11 2005 i weight 160. iN the morning i eat 1 slice of weat bread and 1 scrambled egg. At 4pm i eat a half sandwhich wheat bread turkey light mayo.in betwwen i eat fruits. and drink a lot of milk.,and water.and at 6pm i eat my other half of the sandwhich.at other days I eat lean meat like chicken .and sometimes soup. i do exercize alot.while im at school or home.But my skin color has changed to a lighter.white like . alittle pale.i am light skinned and lately people say that im pale.I was just wondering if you guys can help.My weight loss,is great i have lossed 42 pounds,in 2months and 2weeks and want to lose 50.But i am wondering if im being healthy.? i dont like my skin color change. and sometimes i dont feel like eating.But i do eat.i dont really enjoy fatty foods anymore. so i want to be healthy and be strong and fit.thanks for reading..

In order to be healthy you must get certain things in your diet. Carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, vitamins, sugars, fats and oils. *All* of these are necessary in some amount. Generally you should get more carbs, proteins, minerals and vitamins and less sugars, fats and oils.

If you are exercising then less carbohydrates will cause you to fatigue and feel lethargic.

Eat plenty of vegetables because they are good sources of minerals and vitamins (especially green leafy vegetables).

Sugars, fats and oils are necessary for the regulation of some bodily functions but should only be taken in small amounts, as larger amounts will, of course, cause you to put on weight.

With regards to milk, you may want to switch to skimmed or semi-skimmed milk because milk is quite high in fat.

Always drink 2% percent milk ( not percent in fat, but in how much ) because I found out that wheat bread and milk doesn't give you that much abdominal definition you desire...I usually drink milk sparingly and eat some baked foods, but not all. Actually, I think that's how the body works..You're talking about your face and skin, that happens all the time if you lose a high percentage of body-fat from your body, it's normal so don't get worried.

thanks alot sorry for not mentioning the healthy milk i do drink the yello cover milk that only has 90 calories.i used to be fat.and now people are saying im skinny...thanks you guys for the help..my goal is to lose 50 pounds and i think im around the corner with 10 more pounds to go...Peace
