Thanks for your concern everyone.
I'm aware of the effects of fasting, but my mind is made up here. I don't really think that there are any long - term effects. Fasting while excercising would effect the immune system, but not permanently. I just really want to test myself.
In any case, what would be the best way to stock up on nutrients before the fast?
