I'd like to drop from 160 to 154 (lbs) by September. I've cut weight before but never this much (I've much stronger and heavier since high school). Got some questions on doing this smart.
Do I keep up weight training?
Do I lower water intake?
Plastics sweats and sauna, does this start a week or a month before weigh ins?
Does intense cardio start now? Can I do it every day?

I can answer some of your questions but not all.

Firstly, why are you cutting weight? If you are underweight already (You didn't mention your BMI) then it could be unhealthy.

I'm fairly sure that keeping up your weight training is a good idea.

Do not lower water intake, your body needs water to function, especially when exercising. If anything, increase your water intake as necessary.

I personally would not advise doing intense cardio more than 4 days a week, but it depends on how much you can take without becoming exhausted.
