My advice is to not count calories, but count carbs. Have less than 30 a day. Also, I believe the protein is too high.
But what you're asking for is sort of a paradox. If you believe that you are not lean enough, and you're at 171, and you don't want to go below 171, then it does not make sense. Either you want to lose fat or you don't? Don't look at the scale. Unless you're training to be in a particular weight class, I don't know.
