You're right you have to replace vitamins and minerals you lose working out, but I wouldn't suggest milk after the water. Milk actually makes your body heavy so you dehydrate faster. If you are going to drink milk, drink milk after you workout OR take calcium pills w/ your water. I always eat yoguart after I workout and drink 2 20oz bottles of water behind it. (Only beceause I don't like the taste of milk.) It helps me to cool down quickly. However, you can use any 1 of the 3 routines.
IMPORTANT!!!: Pick 1 and stick to it don't change up and Vitamins and minerals work best when they come from food.
