Personally I only have good things to say about it - I lost my husband in April very suddenly, after 25 years of marriage. I was at my wits' end frankly and started doing iaido, aikido and tai-chi to try and center myself. It has helped tremendously with my outlook on life, has given me a purpose, has helped in my quest to become more healthy and has also helped me become much more focused as well as greatly improving my concentration. I think i'm here to stay!
