gotta disagree with you capt ob.
if ur burning a lot of calories such things are good for u. for instance, if fist of lay is training MA, weightlifting, and running for cardio, THEN his body might be craving that food cuz it needs energy.
when i was running 5-8 miles every other day (and the restof the above), i ate that stuff all the time (and still lost weight do to the expenditure).
