What are you trying to accomplish? Do you want to lose weight, gain weight, simply tone up or increase your endurance? I can give you several plans but if i don't know what you are looking to do it would be hard. It would also help to know your age, height and weight at the very least. What is your current activity level? Are you regularly active or do you sit and play video games all day? There is a lot involved.

i am 16 years old and i weigh 10 stone,nearly 6 feet tall. i am wantin to body build and have all muscliar and get faster at my punches etc,i sit and play video games and sometimes do weight liftin once in a while.if you can give me a routine and help me out here i would be more than greatfull.

When it is safe to,
In your training at work,

Try a little bit harder each weak to get better at your work
This will build stamina and concentration levels.

Rest when you feel tired and try harder when you can.

Donít eat moor than you can chew

Gradually build and add more into your routine each weak.

Listen to your body
If you feel pain stop, when you feel hungry eat.

KEEP YOUR BACK STRAIGHT!
